Grief Wisdom

Designed as a compassionate companion to grief, loss and change, Grief Wisdom is a tool aimed to validate
the challenging process of healing grief and loss.

Grief Wisdom is an activity which serves as an invitation to pay attention to the deep wisdom within and to leverage ones’ experience of loss, death, and change to serve as a path to cultivate resilience and


Grief Wisdom is our way to open our doors to community. We invite you to engage with grief in a different way. In order to heal from grief and sorrow, it may be helpful to:

  • See a therapist.
  • Take a workshop.
  • Practice mindfulness meditation.
  • Be with others, also grieving.
  • Sing alone or together, for healing and to honor sorrow.
  • Play with the Grief Wisdom deck. (Still in development.)
